Bec Hyde is an artist who is passionate about creating work that examines the social issues in our society. She enjoys engaging in works that aren’t afraid to explore these issues with loud voices. As well as performing, Bec also choreographs and can be found in the dance studio at 3:00am grooving to their music.

Bec grew up in Johnstown, Colorado, so they will always feel at home in the mountains. They also love the outdoors and can be found caving or rock climbing on any available surface. With a passion for animals, Bec also loves to take her two dogs out for walks in the park.

Bec graduated summa cum laude with their BFA in Musical Theatre and BA in Dance from West Virginia University in May of 2023. She was last seen as Peter in Out of the Box Theatre’s production of Jesus Christ Superstar.
